What we collect
- When you write to us: your name, your email or phone number, the topic you chose and your message.
- When you ask to be notified: your email address and what you'd like to hear about (the shop, business orders or Punar Points).
- Basic technical data: your IP address, the page you were on and your browser, kept to stop spam.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to tell you when we open (only if you asked), and to keep the site safe. We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to any list you didn't ask for.
Who else sees it
The website runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the pages and stores your message for us. Some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you're a person and not a bot; it may process your IP address and browser details to do this. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Messages: up to two years. Notification emails: until we've told you, or until you ask us to remove you. Spam-protection data: a few days.
